Who we are

Coder Trove is an Australian technology consultancy founded in 2010. The firm designs, builds and operates enterprise systems for organisations that range from enterprises replacing core platforms to funded scale-ups building their first product.

Our work is organised into six practices: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and AWS cloud engineering, cyber security, AI and data engineering, and custom software development. Clients engage the firm for implementation programmes, ongoing engineering capacity and security services. Most engagements run beyond a year.

Delivery combines senior consultants in Australia with a dedicated offshore delivery centre in Vietnam, giving clients local accountability alongside capacity at scale.

What we do

Our Microsoft practice covers Dynamics 365 implementation and support across Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement and Business Central, AX 2012 to D365 migration, and Power Platform development on governed environments. Our engineering practices cover Azure and AWS infrastructure, cloud migration, custom web and mobile software in TypeScript, React, .NET and Python, and production AI systems including retrieval-augmented generation and document automation.

Our cyber security practice is led by our Chief Information Security Officer and covers penetration testing, red teaming, digital forensics and incident response, vCISO services, and governance across Essential Eight, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Recent engagements include a production AI platform for an Australian invoice finance company, embedded product engineering for a US building analytics company, and a multinational ERP migration delivered with a consulting partner. Detailed case studies are available.

Marcel is responsible for our client engagements, commercial direction and delivery standards. His background spans enterprise consulting and software delivery across the Microsoft platform and custom engineering.

The Offshore Delivery Centre.

Coder Trove operates a dedicated offshore delivery centre in Vietnam, led by Ha Nguyen and managed from Sydney. The centre provides delivery capacity for sustained, multi-quarter programmes and operates under an Assemble, Operate and Transition model.

Under this model, Coder Trove recruits a team around the client's programme, operates it within our delivery management, standards and security controls, and, where required, transitions the team and its knowledge into the client's own organisation.

The centre serves Australian and international clients and consulting partners. Its engineers have delivered production systems across financial services, health technology and property technology.

How we engage

Clients engage Coder Trove through four models. Embedded consultants join client teams to provide specific capability. Dedicated squads take responsibility for a roadmap under a single point of accountability, typically over multiple quarters. Programme delivery is contracted at fixed scope and price, with Coder Trove accountable for the outcome.

Our offshore delivery centre provides sustained capacity at scale, and consulting partners engage the firm for white-label delivery under NDA, with certified consultants working to the partner's methodology and brand.
